Turnaround time

Please be mindful of the below timeframes for production of items before placing an order. These timeframes are from approval of artwork which will take an additional 7-10 business days depending on time of year and your response speed. These are estimate times and we will do our best to get it to you quicker where possible. 

We need your final guest names 5 weeks out. This allows time for final approval of designs before being sent to print 4 weeks out to ensure we get your printed items in time. Below are production timeframes depending on print method and product.

PVC - 4 weeks

Ecoboard - 2 weeks

Acrylic - 4 weeks

+ 1 week shipping

If you need any items earlier than this, please contact us and we can see if we can fit you in within the timeframe you have. Please note this will incur a rush processing fee. If you place an order and don’t allow for these timeframes from your event date, you may be refunded or charged a rush processing fee.

• If PVC was selected - 3mm PVC Foamboard with luxe plastic-style finish.

• If ECOBOARD was selected - 3.8mm 100% plant based eco-friendly satin finish rigid board with a honey comb interior (edge cut will show this).

• If ACRYLIC was selected - 3mm acrylic in either a matte, gloss, frosted or mirror finish.

• Three rounds of digital proofs for design mockup. Please carefully proof read your wording before submitting it to us as we will design your first proof exactly as specified in your order. 


• Additional revisions after the first three will incur a $50 fee per proof.

• Design can't be changed but layout may change to accomodate your information.

Guest List

For all seating charts we require you to use our excel template for your guests names and table allocation. This can either be emailed to us after placing the order or within the timeframes provided.

• Depending on the design style and your guest list, we cap A1 Seating charts at 100 people. If we can't fit your guest number on the design a fee may occur to change the design or upgrade size.

If you have over this number of guests and order a sign too small, a design fee may occur to re-work the design to fit the names.

The initial displayed price of $0 will change upon selection of the size.

Once in your cart, you will see the main product with the starting price of $0 next to it. Below will be the size selection with the price of the sign.

The subtotal (sum of all selected variations) will display at the bottom of the page. 

Shipping

• All standard shipping Australia wide is free.

• International shipping is ONLY available for our PVC and Ecoboard signs. Please contact us to arrange an international order and shipping for signage.
