Shop and browse from our semi-custom designs or within our collections to find a style you love. Our site is fully interactive so each product will calculate an end price depending on your variant selections (as there are many different priced variables to each product).

SEND IN YOUR WORDING
Once your order is placed and payment is received, if you haven't already supplied us with your wording we require this now. If you selected personalised guest names, we require our completed template.
Please use our examples as a guide for how much text fits within the design. We will work with you to either reduce wording or recommend a solution (i.e. double sided print) if your wording doesn't fit.

MOCKUP APPROVAL
You can expect your first mockup emailed to you within 3-5 business days. We will then go back and forth via email until the design is approved.
Included in the price is up to 3 revisions of your mockup. Any changes after this will incur a design fee. If you decide you want to change to another design you will be charged a re-design fee so select your fav design carefully.
Please make sure all spelling and information is correct as once you approve your final mockup, no further changes are permitted without a full re-print fee being charged as print production starts immediately.

PRODUCTION
Cardstock items printing will take 7 to 10 business days for Standard print and 3 weeks for Gold or Silver print.
For all Signage, printing will take 3 weeks.

If you need any items earlier than this, please contact us and we can see if we can fit you in within the timeframe you have. Please note this will incur a rush processing fee.
Once we receive your order from our suppliers, we check and make sure everything is perfect before we package everything up and post to your provided address. When you get your delivery, open up the box to find your goodies made just for you and get excited for your epic day!

Let your guests know your date 12 months beforehand if it is a destination wedding or falls on a public holiday or holiday season. This allows guests to organise transport and accomodation to lock in their attendance to your epic day. Less than 8 months out, skip save the dates and go straight to main invitations.

Start the order process at the 6 month mark to allow for design process and production timelines. Send out your invitations to guests around the 5 months mark.
Set your RSVP deadline 6 weeks from the event to allow enough time for key vendors and production of on the day items. -
Take a week after your RSVP deadline to get your guest list, seating chart, food and drink menus finalised. At 5 weeks, we require your final information. 4 weeks out, mockups are approved and we send everything to print. This timeline allows us to get everything to you roughly a week before your event date.
