Printed Ribbon Placecards

• Each ribbon length is 1m long, 25mm wide satin ribbon. Ribbon is a straight blunt cut that way you can trim the ends how you wish.

• The names will be placed with 100-200mm space on the end of the length of ribbon depending on how you plan on displaying the ribbon. This allows you to either wrap around the chair, glass, napkin, menu and trim to the size you wish on either end.

• Printed names can either be first name only or full name.

• Text is printed using permanent heat transfer vinyl.

• All ribbon will be sent flat and untied.

•The fonts cannot be changed from the font selection chosen. If you want a different font to what you see, a custom design fee will apply.

Below are estimate timeframes but we will always aim to get it to you sooner when possible.

Production will take 4 weeks total from approval of final designs/mockups. 3 weeks to produce + 1 week shipping. This means we need your order and final list of guest names 5 weeks beforehand.

If you can't meet our standard production timelines, please contact us and we can see what we can do with the timeframe that you have left, noting this is subject to a rush fee and based on our availability. If you place an order and don’t allow for these timeframes from your event date, you may be refunded or charged a rush processing fee.

Rush fees below (subject to our availability and your location):

Less than 1 week before event $100

Less than 2 weeks before event $80

Less than 3 weeks before event $50

• Quantities go up in 10's only. I.e. if you need 65 then you will need to select 70 and the remaining 5 will be spares.

• We always recommend ordering extra blank ribbon for those 'maybe' guests or any last minute changes. This just allows your styling to be consistant on the day. Whether you keep those spares blank or hand write on them with a marker yourself.

For all guest names we require you to use our excel template. This can either be emailed to us after placing the order or within the timeframes provided.

The initial displayed price of $0 will change depending on the quantity selected. Each variation will display an add on price if applicable with +$$ next to the option. 

Once in your cart, you will see the main product with the description of all of your selections with the starting price of $0 next to it. Followed by all of your selected variations with the add on price. 

The subtotal (sum of all selected variations) will display at the bottom of the page. 

This subtotal amount prior to checkout includes GST.

• Australia wide shipping is $22 for Standard mail / $30 for Express Post OR Free local pickup is available from Greenway ACT (the address will be provided once we have your items). Pickup is between 11am - 6pm Monday - Thursday.

• International shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.
