Below are estimate timeframes but we will always aim to get it to you sooner when possible.

After final approval of mockups, production will take 3 weeks + 1 week shipping.

This means we need your final information 5 weeks beforehand.

If you need any items earlier than this, please contact us and we can see if we can fit you in within the timeframe you have. If you place an order and don’t allow for these timeframes from your event date, you may be refunded or charged a rush processing fee.

Rush fees for linen are below:

• 65cm wide x 2m length natural cut white linen fabric. Text/graphic are printed using permanent heat transfer vinyl. You can only have 1 colour across the whole design. 

Grommet finish - 65cm wide x 2m length with a grommet in each corner that allow you to hang the sign with ribbon etc. either lose or tight depending on the height or finished look you want.

Velcro finish - 65cm wide x 2m length minus the height required for the velcro to wrap around the pole (i.e. Sign length would be 1.8m after a 20cm velcro allowance at top). A velcro sign goes over the stand pole and velcro's together to create a flush/streamline finish to the top of the stand.

Does not come with stand. We have stands available to hire separately.

• You will receive a printed guide of how to steam/iron your linen sign ready for the event.

• Three rounds of digital proofs. Please carefully proof read your wording before submitting it to us as we will design your first proof exactly as specified in your order. 


• Additional revisions after the first three will incur a $50 fee per proof

•The fonts cannot be changed from the design chosen. Layouts may be altered to fit your text. If you want a different font and/or layouts to what you see, a custom design fee will apply.

The initial displayed price of $0 will change depending on the selection of hanging and additional finishes. Each variation will display an add on price if applicable with +$$ next to the option. 

Once in your cart, you will see the main product with the description of all of your selections with the starting price of $0 next to it. Followed by all of your selected variations with the add on price. 

The subtotal (sum of all selected variations) will display at the bottom of the page. 

This subtotal amount prior to checkout includes GST

• Australia wide shipping is $22 for Standard mail / $30 for Express Post OR Free local pickup is available from Greenway ACT (the address will be provided once we have your items). Pickup is between 11am - 6pm Monday - Thursday.

• International shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.
