Below are estimate timeframes but we will always aim to get it to you sooner when possible.

After final approval of mockups, production will take:

Standard and White Ink - 7 to 10 business days

Gold and Silver - 3 weeks

+ 1 week shipping

We need your final guest names and/or venue menus 1 week before production timelines. This allows time for final approval of designs before being sent to print to ensure we get your printed items in time.

If you need any items earlier than this, please contact us and we can see if we can fit you in within the timeframe you have. Please note this will incur a rush processing fee. If you place an order and don’t allow for these timeframes from your event date, you may be refunded or charged a rush processing fee.

• Single sided flat card menu with your chosen shape, size and quantity. Option for double sided and/or with guest names if those variants were selected.

• Three rounds of digital proofs. Please carefully proof read your wording before submitting it to us as we will design your first proof exactly as specified in your order. 


• Additional revisions after the first three will incur a $50 fee per proof

• The fonts cannot be changed from the design chosen. Layouts may be altered to fit your text and/or names. If you want a different font and/or layouts to what you see, a design fee will apply.

For all guest names we require you to use our excel template. This can either be emailed to us after placing the order or within the timeframes provided.

• We always recommend ordering extra menus for those 'maybe' guests, keepsakes and photography details on the day.

The initial displayed price of $0 will change upon selection of each variable (i.e. quantity, shape, cardstock, ink etc). Each variation will display an add on price if applicable with +$$ next to the option. 

Once in your cart, you will see the main product with the description of all of your selections with the starting price of $0 next to it. Followed by all of your selected variations with the add on price. 

The subtotal (sum of all selected variations) will display at the bottom of the page. 

This subtotal amount prior to checkout includes GST.

• Australia wide shipping is $22 for Standard mail / $30 for Express Post OR Free local pickup is available from Greenway ACT (the address will be provided once we have your items). Pickup is between 11am - 6pm Monday - Thursday.

• International shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.
